It was just what we expected and more. Lots of facades that were familiar. Great tour guide! Gio rocks. Got to see the Ellen set and the Friends fountain. And that was all just the beginning. There is an area with Sheldons couch and the Friends couch you can sit in and take pictures. We spent more than an hour at that soundstage. Then we went to the brand new, interactive area with Harry Potter and DC Superheroes. Lots of interactive activity there too. It was a great 4 hours. We took our time. If there was one thing we would change, it would have been to get to see a celebrity…but they didn’t make any promises about that, so it really isn’t a disappointment, just something mmmm that would have put it over the top.
The tour was interesting. I took my 24 yr ok’d granddaughter. She was mesmerized. Seeing this facility through the eyes of an impressionable teen made it a really wonderful experience. Since I have never been on a movie set, it was an interesting experience. Our guide was very good and (as an aside) the bathrooms were immaculate!
Adam is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter. The tour is a 1 hour drive through the Santa Monica/Brentwood neighborhoods with brief stops at prominent locations involved in the case.
Everything was excellent! The tour guide was quite knowledgeable and fun too! My kids loved it!
I loved it. Makes you fall in love with movies and everything in the creation process.
