Interesting tour with some fascinating details. Unfortunately with all the development in the East End, it's not a very atmospheric place. Only a few corners helped imagine the streets and alleys of Jack the Ripper's time. Towering skyscrapers are plowing away the rest. We had a nice guide though she got off track a lot, then back on track. It's hard to predict how good the guide will be but I would still recommend the tour if the subject interests you. Definitely not for kids though!!!

This was a birthday treat for my Mum. She’s really likes the mystery of Jack the Ripper. Me on the other hand I don’t have an interest- however I am now. The tour was brilliant. Our guide was very knowledgeable and a passionate historian in this area. The tour was an hour and half. Could of gone on for longer I would of been happy about that. Five stars!

The tour was nice, the guide knew what he was talking about. The thing is tho', there is very little that remains from the Victorian era in Whitechapel. If you, like me, know a little about Jack the Ripper already, it's not worth the money. The locations of the murders can be googled and the story doesn't add anything to what you already know.
