Could have been better - not very clear where to board; the tour set off late and there was no commentary throughout the trip. When we reached our destination, the 'tour guide' apologised for this stating he forgot to give us a commentary of this tour and only remembered when reminded by one of the other travellers. His attitude was of "I can't be bothered commentating". We were looking forward to this trip and was extremely disappointed with the attitude of this "tour guide commentator" The trip did NOT last one hour as advertised, but 40 mins with a brief stop at St Katherines Quay!
We had a night tour with our guide Matt and Amanda. Matt was absolutely lovely and very friendly and thoroughly narrated sights we visited. My children enjoyed it too. Luckily for us we were the only ones on the bus and had the bus to ourselves so it was kind of like a private tour!
It was a bright but very cool windy day, I arrived early, with one elderly friend and a disabled friend. The crew were very kind and let us on early. It was fun to be reminded of the Thames's history and see the architecture from a different angle, and of London from a boat.
Very well organised, very clean and followed Covid rules, Very friendly and relaxed and was was a nice route, the host sounded like a football commentator from the 60's and it made it so much better because of that too.
John (Hagrid) was fab, super knowledgable and also showed us a few spots from other films! I’d definitely go on another tour when I’m back :)
