We had the German tour guide, & although she was a bit difficult to understand, she knew what she was talking about. The description of the tour says we will learn about the cultural context behind Sherlock Homes but he was not mentioned at all. We also were not really able to “investigate” the suspects ourselves. We did get to visit true crime scene areas, view photographs of the crimes and some of the suspects. I would have appreciated learning a little more about the evidence & if they were close to catching him or not. Overall it was a good experience & good way to learn about some of London’s most infamous history, while walking through the streets.

Tom, the guide, was an awesome, enthusiastic, informative and a very entertaining guide. Had a lovely time. 2 hours went by as if it were only minutes. It's a good tour covering the story in detail and giving insights about London and the Whitechapel area at that time. Definitely would recommend it.
