The Tower has always played a prominent role in British History. Explore all 4 floors, including the Royal Armouries Collection. Enjoy the spectacular display of the Crown Jewels, revealing these priceless treasures like never before. The Crown Jewels are part of the Royal Collection and are still used regularly by the Queen. Gems of the City Head into the City of London where you will see St Paul's Cathedral and the Bank of England. Then cross over Tower Bridge to visit Borough Market. Explore London's Oldest Food & Drink Market Borough Market is London’s most renowned food and drink market and dates back in its earliest form to 1014. A source of British and international produce, it consists of more than 100 stalls and stands. Producers from all over the country bring a range of fresh produce to the market, including fish, meats, vegetables, ciders, cheeses, breads, coffees, cakes and patisseries. Other stalls specialise in produce imported from abroad. You will have time to explore the many stalls and avail yourself of some of the local delicacies* before you explore the South Bank, home to the Tate Modern and the Globe Theatre (*optional and cost not included). A Guided Tour of Westminster Abbey Kings, queens, statesmen and soldiers; poets, priests, heroes and villains – Westminster Abbey is a must-see living pageant of British history.
