Sometimes it’s hard to get a seat on the bus and finding one where the audio guide actually works is hard. Routes are good, plenty of stops, and they provide you with free headphones. The audio guide is very very basic. The commentary is not super informative. I used this as a way to get around and have good views.

The bus ride was good, driver was polite and professional. Traffic is traffic, but delays were minimal at best. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the location info was bland and prerecorded. I enjoy a live guide with a little commentary, it gives the ride some chances for unexpected laughs.

Visited London September 19-22, 2022. This service made getting around So Much Easier. The 20 stops you can get on/off at allowed you to get up close to most of the cities attractions. At most stops there was a person with a red jacket on to assist you. The convenience of being able to start your tour at any of the 20 stops; my only knock is the app says you can start at any stop but when I hit the “Find Stop” button it would only show Stop #1. The provided map also shows not only the attractions and route but the London Tube Stations so you can go visit some places that are off the tour route. My wife and I had to go see 9 3/4 at Kings Cross Station. Overall just a great experience.
