Full description
Explore the region beyond London with a full-day excursion to sites of cultural and historical significance. First, you will head straight to Stonehenge, the most popular prehistoric monument in the world. Marvel at the huge 40-ton Sarsens and the volcanic blue stones that were brought from the Preseli Mountains, located more than 280 miles away. Next, visit the beautiful Georgian city of Bath. You'll have plenty of time to shop and explore before driving through the Cotswolds, for breathtaking views of open countryside, crisscrossed by dry stone walls and bustling market towns. Finally, the birthplace of William Shakespeare awaits at Stratford-upon-Avon. Visit the home of the greatest writer in the English language and the world-renowned Royal Shakespeare Company. Admire Stratford, a charming market town in the heart of rural England with a delightful river that winds its way past the Holy Trinity church, where Shakespeare was laid to rest. Get a private tour of Shakespeare’s Schoolroom and Guildhall. You will be invited to take part in a Tudor lesson, write with a quill and ink, witness the rare medieval wall paintings and much more.

The guide was very knowledgeable, and the driver was good. My reason for four stars instead of five was that there was supposed to be an abbreviated Shakespeare play for us. Our guide did not mention it and it never happenned. Schedule a bit rushed, but a lot to see in a day.

Carol and Carlos are excellent. It was a very interesting day. we departured at around 7:55 and arrived at around 7:30pm. A long day to visit three different places. The 12h does not give much oportunity to spend a lot of time in each place. However, to me it was a refreshing and relaxing day. It was what I really need it!

The tour was really great and exciting. We enjoyed it so much. The guide was perfect totally knows every place, and thing what connects to the tour. She speaks nice and clearly, and sometimes tell us some secret then she is whispering :) The tour was long, but we kept the right timing the weather was nice too.
