We had a wonderful day touring the Chateaus, our guide informative.
My only suggestion would be a different meeting place for pick up closer to our hotel. I believe this could easily be done if the tour operator would do some outreach to travelers. The current meeting spot was in a bad part of the city with late night party goers ending their evening. Other guests met at a different location that was near our hotel. This location was not provided to us, which was a sore spot to start off our excursion.
Daphne was outstanding; the pacing was superb!
Enjoyed the coffee and pastries to begin, the explanation of the history of Chateau Chenonceau; the lunch made by the countess and tour of her home was uniquely special; and the conclusion in Chambord with wine and snacks was a fabulous conclusion to an extraordinary day. Merci beaucoup Daphne!

What a lovely day made special by our guide and her knowledge and humour. Agathe was ably assisted by Vincent - for the day- and we had a really lovely time, specially the final picnic on the lawns at Chambord - what a treat!
The bird show in the afternoon is a must. Probably the best display you will see anywhere in the world. The sheer number of birds in the air at the climax of the the show is truly staggering.
Personal guided tours of 2 beautiful Chateaus and a delicious lunch made by a local French woman as we dined in her family Chateous.
