Spend 2 hours exploring Lake Bled and its spectacular surroundings. Your local guide will know just where to go to capture the best shots of the lake and will provide plenty of information on the lake and its history.  This private tour starts early with pick up from your Ljubljana Hotel or Guesthouse at 8:00 AM. Arrive at Bled Lake at 8:50 AM and enjoy 2 hours checking out the best views. Choose to take a typical Pletna Boat (15 Euros/adult) to visit the famous Island Church (6 Euros/adult).  Depart for Ljubljana at 11:15 AM and return to your Ljubljana Hotel or Guesthouse at 12:00 PM.

Discover the beauty of the countryside by hiking up the most popular hill on the Sunny Side of the Alps, to Šmarna gora. Besides the magnificent scenery from the top, you will also enjoy local cuisine.  The tour will start in the morning, first with transfer from your accommodation to the foot of the mountain. From here you will start with a hike which will take around 1 hour. Along the way you can listen to stories from your guide about the Turkish invasions in the 15th century and the famous story about the church bell on the top of Šmarna Gora, which rings half an hour earlier than bells in other churches.  At the top you will taste local delicacies in traditional Slovenian Restaurant and enjoy the view over one third of Slovenia. After lunch, go down to the valley, again about 1 hour of moderate walking. This hike is of medium difficulty. Enjoy a food hike, that is guided by a friendly local, who knows about the history of the surrounding area. 

We pick you up at your accommodation in Ljubljana and drive to Velika planina, located in the middle of Kamnik Savinja Alps. We do an hour long hike to reach the top. You are greeted with a magnificent view. The area of Velika planina is Slovenia’s largest highland pasture. It is often described as the most beautiful Slovenian plateau, offering breathtaking views of the Alps and the Ljubljana basin, accompanied by a well-preserved herdsmen’s heritage After we explore the mountain and try traditional Slovenian food, we walk back to our transport, waiting to take us to the next spot. We drive along Savinja river in the Solčavsko region to our destination Logarska valley. As parts of the valley are still authentic and the nature intact, it is no wonder the Upper Savinja valley is considered one of the most beautiful Alpine valleys of Europe. Quiet and off the tourist track, this is true unspoilt Slovenian nature. We drive to the end of the valley and hike to the famous Rinka waterfall. Maybe we will even suprise you with a romantic picnic next to a river. On the way back to Ljubljana we admire amazing panoramas of the beautiful Alps and make a short stop at local sights.

We pick you up in Ljubljana and drive to Bled, the most attractive green alpine center, which delights tourists with unique experiences of nature, culture and history, sports and cuisine. Lake Bled is one of the most picturesque spots to visit in Slovenia. We can give you some free time to explore surroundings on your own, or you can join us on the recommended activitiy - short hike to the best view in Slovenia. After our trip to Lake Bled, our next stop is in Triglav National park, at magnificent Peričnik Waterfall. We have a short walk before we reach one of the highest Slovenian waterfalls. If you are feeling adventurous you can also walk behind the waterfall, which is a very refreshing experience. Our journey continues, as we head to Jasna Lake, located just 2 km from Kranjska Gora. This is a popular tourist destination with breathtaking views towards surrounding mountains. If you don’t mind the cold water you can also take a dip in this alpine lake. We stop for a short break, before we drive to the last stop at emerald green Zelenci natural reserve. In the far western part of the swamp lies lake with its characteristic phenomenal green color. After Zelenci, we have an option to take a short look at Planica Nordic center, with the gigantic ski jump, or we sum up the amazing day and head back to Ljubljana.
