Full description
On this full-day tour you’ll discover Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the villa that’s surrounded by an amazing natural park, a castle, beautiful palaces and chalets. Take a walk along the medieval streets of Sintra an drive through the national park and see the rare fauna, the unique trees, the Moorish castle, Monserrate Palace and the chalets. Visit Pena Palace, one of the most impressive expressions of 19th-century Romanticism in architecture in the world and one of Portugal’s seven wonders. Say goodbye to Sintra with an optional visit to mystical Quinta da Regaleira, a palace surrounded by luxuriant gardens, lakes, caves and enigmatic constructions that hide obscure alchemist meanings, evoked by Freesmasons, Knights Templar and Rosicrucians. Continue on to the westernmost point of continental Europe at Roca Cape. Travel along the coast and embrace the Atlantic, and stop in Cascais and Estoril, once retreats for the royal family and the European aristocracy.

The tour was definitely worth the money! Our tour guide was Diogo. He had me laughing from the time I was picked up to the time I was dropped off. He was very knowledgeable and fun. He took us to all the sites and told us about the history before allowing us time to explore on our own or grab food. He also gave us tips on places and things to eat.

Extremely happy with our guide Andre Feldman. Unlike any other guided tour we have been in, he worked hard to meet every traveler's needs regardless of the time and effort involved. He actively translated what he could and tried to engage everyone. It was the only time we did not feel rushed while on a guided tour, which was particularly useful as I was traveling with my mother.

My husband and I went on an adventure of a lifetime. We had André Feldman as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and made the trip to Sinatra a once in a lifetime adventure. If you decide on this adventure, please request André Feldman through Lisbon Native via Get Your Guide. We love his guidance, his passion for the second pleasure which is next to his first passion being his family. We have been on many excursions around the world but being with Mr. Feldman made our time spent worth the money and beyond our expectations
