We had a wonderful time--knowing little about Fatima, our guide (Eduardo) filled us in on A LOT!! We had incredible weather and lots of good luck regarding timing and entrances. Eduardo was an excellent driver (no crazy speeds!!) and the vehicle was very comfortable for the 3 of us. We traveled with our 13-year old and she, too, found the tour pretty interesting; maybe because it was based on children who saw Mary. We stopped in Obidos (skipping Alcobaca due to time constraints) and thoroughly enjoyed the walking street, a little shopping & Ginjinha tastings! Overall, a fabulous day out!

Although Juan didn't speak much at first, we quickly learned what a kind and thoughtful soul he was. He was very attentive, and after just one time of my dad mentioning how he has been looking for sardines since we landed in Portugal, at our next stop Juan surprised him with a can of sardines. When Juan heard me mention I was a bit hignry, he surprised us with tangerines at the next stop. Finally, at our last stop in Obidos, he surprised us with roasted chestnuts. Thank you, Juan for your thoughtfulness!

We stayed in Lisbon and traveled around Lisbon already. We, 3 people, join this private tour and enjoy the private car to take us travel around Obidos, Nazare, Fatima and Batalha. It's so convenient for the people who don't have the car to travel around. It must be your first choice to do the travel. As you know, public transport is not that many in Portugal and the urban area side as well. Will join the other tour when I have more spare time available.
