Very clear instructions on the app on how to get to the meeting point. Once there many people from staff were helping on how to redeem vouchers for tickets. On the boat ride they explained how the tour works along interesting facts of the island in 3 different languages. U visit 3 island and have around 45 minutes on each to visit freely on your own. In Murano you have the option to visit a family owned glass factory and after the presentation it gives you time to visit the rest. Going back from the islands to Venice main island was around 55minutes on the boat. If u have limited time in Venice and want to see these islands and also have time to explore the main attractions in Venice I absolutely recommend this tour as it starts around 9:30am and ends at 2:30pm gave us time to eat, relax and keep exploring. 10/10

Excellent guide. Very knowledgeable. We saw parts of Venice and the islands we had never seen before. Very informative and enjoyable. The boat was great plus proseco and soft drinks. Don't miss this. It is well worth it.

Made travel around Venice very easy. Picked pass up at the airport in the luggage hall and then we’re covered for the whole trip

Very easy to navigate once you understand where the stops are! Mainland bus pass was simple to use and efficient service.

Very easy to activate our tickets (no line ups) and start our adventure exploring.
