This was a great way to see some of the highlights without having to walk so much. The tour is well planned and safe. The tour guide is very good. Our family, despite some initial apprehension, liked this very much! The tour is designed to minimise conflict with many pedestrians so you don't have to be fearful that you will have to contest and test your skills in among many pedestrians. You get some training before you set off and everyone coped just fine. Fun for the teens and fun for the adults.
I opted for the mobile voucher and nothing I did would bring it up when I arrived at the venue. The receptionist knew that I was using getyourguide without me even saying anything and said he was used to this issue but he could not resolve it. In the end I changed it to print and they were good enough to help me out. I have not and will not use this app again.
This was a great way to get around Paris and see the best of the sites. The boat runs a regular and reliable service from convenient points. Staff were very helpful with RER and Metro directions as well as with placed to eat. Loved it and will be booking again when we are back in Paris!
The pickup process was easy, efficient and swift. The stops were well spaced and the timing great. However, there was no separate air flow on the boat so it was unbearably hot when we went as it was a warm day. Fans would make a world of difference.
