I think this was the best tour offered in Milan that gave you just a taste of the highlights of Milan. Originally La Scala was not on our list of 'must see' but I am glad that this tour included it because it was quite incredible to see. I thought the tour moved well time wise, keeping us on schedule but allowing us enough time to enjoy the places we were in. The only negative comment I have is that fact that they used a double decker bus instead of a regular bus, between the wind and the outside noises it was hard to hear the tour guides descriptions of what we were driving by even with the headsets in.

Excellent knowledgeable guide who spoke each sentence in English, Spanish, Italian. Bring your earbuds or use theirs. Audio quality good except on the top of the bus, where I also would have liked to learn more about the city. Not complaining though—this tour included much info touring La Scala museum and the company in rehearsal. FYI buy a separate ticket to go to the top of the Duomo.

We took the afternoon tour starting at 2.30 pm. our group is a bit big almost 30, but with radio it was just fine to listen to the story and learn about Milan. This was my 3rd time in Milan but the 1st to join the tour primaliry for The Last Supper. the walking part was a bit too hot even under the shade, lucky that we carried a bottle of water with us. La Scala, Duomo were just great with a few interesting story. with Bus to see the Last Supper was also good. It was quite a long walk under the sun, so I would suggest you to carry a bottle of water and prepare for entering Duomo.
