What people are saying about Lao Cai Province

Magnificent landscape

6 hours of walking ... with a few breaks. You still have to be a good walker. Through the rice fields and a few villages. That's wonderful. Too bad our Hmong guide was not very talkative. We would have liked to learn more. Lunch is very decent in a village where we are a little harassed by the locals to buy their embroidery. But overall it is a great day of discovery.
