This was a great experience, the journey to the snowmobiles gave spectacular views and the truck was brilliant! The snowmobiling was fun and the setting was amazing. We didn't explore the ice cave - we'd been emailed prior to the trip to say that some of the cave had melted due to global warming and it wasn't safe so they had managed our expectations with that. I have rated the overall experience as 'good' and not excellent due to how busy the experience was. The room where you collected the kit got very crowded - not great in a pandemic! But the staff managed it the best they could. Dress well for this - they give you kit but if you can layer up you'll make it much more comfortable. Also - switch on the handlebar grip warmers on the snow mobile - it makes the cold more bearable on your hands (the bit that gets the coldest!). The staff were all so friendly, cheerful and helpful.

First I want to say, when booking on this website, be sure to notice that you can change the currency rate on a tab in the upper corner, I did not see this and was charged more than expected. Luckily, I was able to speak with the customer service team and they refunded me based on my currency that I had thought I was paying, which was very good of them and much appreciated. The experience was amazing! We went in December and had a great weather day, although windy and chilly but great day for a ride. You are given zip up suits, gloves and a helmet. The cons: The staff wasn’t the friendliest and wish we could have snowmobiled a little more off course, but I understand the safety of it. The ice cave was cool but small so you don’t spend much time in there. Overall, it was a lot of fun and an amazing experience, how many people can say They snowmobiled on a glacier?!!

Merece la pena porque es muy emocionante y los guías son genial, la única pega es que la moto que nos toco a nosotros estaba mal, los amortiguadores estaban muy gastados y se notaban todas los golpes y además se nos rompió la correa dos veces. Aunque los guías lo arreglaron rápido me hubiera gustado ir un poco más despacio para contemplar el paisaje al atardecer que era espectacular
