Overall great experience and very good tour guide. What could still be improved: the meeting point in Riva del Garda is insufficiently specified. It should be pointed out that the meeting point is BEFORE the central bus station and not in it, because there is also a Verona tour that leaves just 10 minutes before - we thought we had missed the bus, even though we were 20 minutes before were on site at the start . Alternatively, the name of the company could also be given - in our case Sarcatours. It is also desirable to indicate the time for the return arrival, e.g. for Riva del Garda: 3:20 a.m. All in all, it is easier to plan and there is nothing standing in the way of a wonderful evening!

Unfortunately, it was not the commissioned opera that we came in to see, as Get Your Guide, unfortunately, has had dates posted for 2021 instead of 2022 - so I was a little disappointed when it ordered the oprea: Aida - should have a fantastic stage set-up - whereas there was Nabucco, as we saw, a bit of a disappointment. But otherwise it was a great experience to sit in the old arena and experience such a show. Can definitely be recommended And everything clapped and fine service from Get Your Guide - right from pickup round trip to Garda (was called up as they could not just see us at the pickup point so they did not lose us). However, it is a very long performance when you only sit on pillows on a stone staircase without a backrest - so it is hard for your back.

The overall experience was excellent. We saw Aida July 2022. Very organised bus pick up from Garda. We got to Verona around 6pm. Due to Covid, there are still some rule changes. Regardless of where you sit, you will be allocated a seat. This caused confusion as we had booked the ‘unumbered stone steps’. At present these are also given a number. However the dress code hasn’t changed I.e. shorts are ok on the stone steps. Our guide, Aurora, told us that ALL seating required men in trousers so people bought some when we got to Verona! We checked at the ticket office and shorts are ok as we were on the stone steps. Aurora also said cushions were inside to rent. This is wrong. Due to Covid they are only available to buy. We bought one outside the arena. We took water and snacks. Plastic 50cl bottles are ok. We went in at 8pm. Fantastic view, definitely worth the experience and great to not have to worry about a bus back as it was already organised.
