The tour begins with pickup from your hotel in a van. You will head north of the city of Santiago along the Los Libertadores highway until the first stop at a Chacabulco Monument that belongs to one of the most important episodes in the history of Chile. On the way you will pass the famous Autopista Caracoles which is known for its curves. We will arrive at the border with Argentina where you can take a picture with the Welcome to Chile sign. You will know the Portillo Ski Center. You will have a time determined by the guide to visit the ski resort and the wonderful Inca Lagoon that is located between the mountains, this lagoon also has a beautiful story about an Inca king. You will also participate in a picnic on the mountain at no additional cost. At the end of the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Santiago.

Start with pickup from your hotel in Santiago by a professional guide. Travel through spectacular scenery to one of the most beautiful lagoons in the Andes mountains, Portilla Inca Lagoon. Marvel at the archaeological park located in a hill in the middle of San Esteban Vineyard in which you will explore walking trails and find its various petroglyphs which belong to the Aconcagua culture. Ascend to the vertiginous altitude of Hotel Portillo ski resort to take in the verdant beauty of San Esteban Vineyard before pleasuring enjoying some samples of local wine.

Your tour will begin as you are picked up from your centrally located Santiago hotel, at which point you will begin driving to Portillo. You will pass through the intermediate depression, and will also be able to admire the Andes mountain range. You will soon reach the Chacabuco Monument, which is a historical site where a battle for Chile's independence took place in 1817. You will then cross a tunnel which borders the region, before reaching a place where you can see the Aconcagua Mount in the background. Along the road, you will see the old Andean railway and, as we cross Rio Blanco, you can admire the small towns, mining camps, glaciers, and the impressive Andes mountains. You will reach Portillo and see the protective passageways that were built as shelters from avalanches which occur during the winter season. It will then be time for lunch (not included), as you marvel at the beautiful and imposing Inca Lagoon. Finally, you will be returned to your hotel in Santiago. If you choose the option with Aconcagua Park, you will also see Puente del Inca, a geomorphological curiosity that is 48 meters long, 28 meters wide, 8 meters thick, and is suspended 27 meters above the river. A series of stalactites, calcium inflorescences and winter ice needles hang from this natural bridge. After the visit to the Puente del Inca, head to the Aconcagua Provincial Park, where you can see the highest mountain in South America. Depending on time availability, a short trek may be available for interested guests.

The tour starts with pickup from your hotel in an air-conditioned van. You will head north from the city of Santiago taking Los Libertadores highway until the first stop to a giant monument that pertains to one of the most important episodes of Chilean history. Following this you will continue on the road, crossing the Chacabuco Tunnel, to the Aconcagua valley, declared the last winery valley of the country. On the road you will see Mount Aconcagua which has the tallest summit of the western and southern hemisphere. You will get to meet the official pet of Portillo Ski Center, a big St Bernard, which welcomes you to the start of your visit.  You will then have free time to visit the ski resort and the marvelous Inca Lagoon which is located between the mountains, this lagoon also has a beautiful history about an Incan King attached to it. You are also able to take the ski lift and enjoy a lunch with a beautiful view of the lagoon. At the conclusion of the tour, you will be brought back to your hotel in Santiago.

Go to Argentina in a jeep tour and be literally in the middle of the Andes Mountains range, visit the Inca lagoon and continue going up to 3,854 meters (12,644 ft) where we will reach the Christ Redeemer of the Andes located at the border with Argentina. Go down throughout the Argentinian side where we will enjoy a delicious traditional Argentinian meal at a local restaurant. Leave Santiago at 10:00am and head into Argentina on a one day tour. Drive to the Andes Mountains that are the natural border between Chile with Argentina. Discover Inca lagoon located at a Ski resort called Portillo. Continue the drive through a dirt snail road with the most amazing views. Climb up to the Christ the Redeemer of the Andes where you can see Chile and Argentina sides at the same time. Face the Aconcagua Mountain, the highest mountain of the Andes range, with hanging glaciers. Go down to an Argentinian local restaurant to taste some traditional Argentinian dishes and local wines.

A journey through the cultural heritage and history of Chilean wine! This experience takes us to Viña Santa Rita, located on the foothills of the Andes just 45 minutes from Santiago, in the middle of a unique natural landscape set between vineyards with panoramic views of the Andes Mountain range. To commence, we shall visit the Santa Rita Centennial Park, a French design from 1883 and a National Historical Heritage since 1974, where you can see the largest bougainvillea in South America and one of the largest in the world. Then we will visit the storage cellar of one of the oldest wines in Chile, where we will learn about its history and the legend of "The 120" of Santa Rita. We will finish the visit to the winery with a tasting of 3 wines. Very good experience, Julio is very kind with the explanations. The tour started in a vineyard with wine tasting, then we met some llamas and other animals. Then we tried the empanada de Pino, which was very good. We visit the border of Chile and finally the impressive lagoon of the Inca. A very good tour created and a beautiful place Chile.

The scenery is spectacular!! It is worth all the way. The guide provided Chilean history information. There was some traffic in the way up due to an accident but when we finally arrived we enjoy a lot the time we had at the Laguna Inca

We had a fantastic time with our guide Julio! We loved the whole day. We started with a beautiful vineyard and great wine, saw llamas and had an empanada lunch, and spent the afternoon immersed in the Andes.
