  1. Benagil: Benagil Caves Kayaking Experience

  Be at one with nature with this environmentally-friendly kayaking experience, and explore along the coast and inside several caves of Benagil. This 2-hour guided tour will not only show to you these breathtaking caves, but also explain their formation, surrounding nature, and natural life.   Begin at Benagil beach, from where you will be run through an introduction on kayaking, and the safe management of your kayak once inside the caves. Afterward, kayak to the Golden Beach of Marinha. On the way, you will enter into several small and big caves. On the return journey, take a 20-minute stop at the beach inside the Benagil Cave for some unforgettable pictures.

  2. Benagil Beach: Kayak or SUP Coastline Caves Tour

  Meeting point is in front of the restaurant `O Pescador` just 100m from the Benagil beach. After a quick check-in, begin your coastline and cave tour with a visit to the famous Benagil Cave. Kayak or stand up paddleboard and discover hidden gems of the coastline with your expert local guide.   Eduardo gave us an informative tour of the caves, the group was pleasantly small and relaxed unlike others we saw. I thoroughly recommend if and will do it again.

  3. Lagoa: Slide & Splash Water Park Entrance Ticket

  Spend a day at Slide & Splash in Lagoa, filled with slides, pools, and aquatic attractions. Younger kids will love the fantasy water world of Tropical Paradise, while thrill-seekers can ride the gravity-defying Big Wave. Take a break from the slides and relax in the Jacuzzi or the giant Laguna pool.   Be amazed by the colorful lights and music as you slide down Disco River, a real sliding discotheque. Aside from the aquatic amusements, the park’s 10 hectares are filled with different leisure areas, grassy lawns, restaurants, shows with animals, massages, and a fish spa. Enjoy a fun day out for the whole family.

  In advance make sure you download the app before entrance gate. Get there at least half hour before opening and be prepared to race for a good spot to put up your umbrella and lay out your towels. Get on the best rides ASAP before everyone else. Be warned you cannot wear wrist watch/bracelets.

  4. From Albufeira: 2.5-Hour Dolphin and Sea Caves Boat Tour

  Climb aboard a small boat in Albufeira marina and journey along the coastline of the Algarve for 18 kilometers in a small group of no more than 12 passengers. Sail to the Alfanzina Lighthouse and be amazed by the beaches and rock formations along the way. Marvel at the stunning sea caves, including the famous rock formations of Benagil Cave. Cool down with a swim in the sea, if conditions permit, and then look for the lovable dolphins as they frolic in the water. Feel the sea breeze on your face as you take in the scenic views and benefit from the local knowledge of an on-board marine biologist who will explain the characteristics of the animals. Journey with a captain with expert knowledge of this part of the coastline and enjoy more personalized attention than larger dolphin watching cruises.

  We had a wonderful boat tour around different caves & got the chance to see the dolphins at the beginning of our tour. The guides really did their best for us to see the dolphins as they are not in captivity.

  5. Lagos Zoo Entrance Ticket

  Enjoy a day of fun for all the family with an entrance ticket to Lagos Zoo. See animals from more than 350 species, including monkeys, crocodiles and snakes. Stroll around the enclosures of the small but beautiful venue, where 200 botanical species from 5 continents are a feast for the eyes. Get up close to tame animals at the children's petting farm, where you can feed the goats and pigs for a small fee. Let your children let off steam at the playground and avail of the on-site snack bar and souvenir shop. Relax with a picnic lunch on one of the zoo's many seats and watch the animals as you eat. Go to Restaurante O Cangalho at the entrance for a more substantial meal, and sit in the beautiful outside area to enjoy a wide variety of traditional dishes.

  A nice little zoo with many unusual birds. Animals seem to enjoy their premises and are quite chirpy. Beautiful lemur island.Lemus Opened precisely at 10 which was also a bonus. The only criticism is the exuberant amount of faeces on all the pathways.

  6. From Portimão: 2-Hour Catamaran Tour to Benagil Caves

  Enjoy a relaxing family-friendly tour that will take you through the caves in Benagil and Marinha Beach and allow you to marvel at the beautiful Algarve coastline. From the Portimão Marina, your local Captain will take you to the east coast of Portimão and show you the amazing caves located along the Algarve coastline, including the very well known Benagil Cave. Marvel at the Algar of Benagil, the lighthouse, the Love Cave, and the cathedral. To finish off your tour, take the opportunity to dive in these crystalline waters nearby the famous Marinha Beach.

  7. Lagoa: Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting

  Your experience begins as you are welcomed to Morgado do Quintão for a walk around the estate to observe the vineyards. This will also include a brief introduction to the local grape varieties. Following that, enjoy a tour of the grounds throughout a wine-tasting experience that explores the history of the estate, as well as the terroir-driven wines. You will also learn of the estate's plans for the future as they continue to create Algarve’s landmark wines. Your guides will also tell you all about Algarve’s local grape varieties as you enjoy a tasting 3-4 of their wines. As you sample the wines you can learn about how they're made, as well as how to best pair them with food.

  8. Benagil & Coastline on Eco-Friendly Catamaran

  Enjoy nature, with zero emissions onboard a solar-powered catamaran in a tranquil environment. Sail east into the ocean, passing Carvoeiro and Algar Seco with unforgettable scenery. See wonderful picturesque beaches and rock formations along the way. As the catamaran is quiet and does not pollute the ocean, you will be able to feel a deep connection with nature. Approach Benagil Cave and stop to refresh yourself with a swim, sunbathe or enjoy some drinks at the bar. During the boat trip, enter between 2 and 4 caves, depending on the tides and weather. Get access to all information about points of interest with a Sun Boat app. Don’t forget your camera to take beautiful pictures of the coastal scenery along the way.

  9. Krazy World Interactive Zoo & Park Entrance

  Visit an interactive zoo with activities for the entire family. Interact with and feed dwarf goats, llamas, and deer at the petting farm. Explore the new dinosaur exhibit at the Terra Exotika See the biggest snake in Europe in the Reptile Pavillion. View and interact with several species of exotic animals such as the birds in the aviary, wallabies, and lemurs. After the visit to the animals enjoy lunch at our restaurant, viewing one of our many presentations with animals. Take a refreshing swim in the swimming pool or jump down the water slide. Enjoy various activities such as tree climbing, pedal karts, inflatables, pony rides, or the 18-hole mini-golf circuit. For colder or rainy days there is a large indoor area with a restaurant, inflatable bouncy castle, and stage for animal presentations.

  Our group of 6 people, 2 seniors,2 adults and 2 children under 4 years of age had a great time. We were able to join in all of the animal experiences and had photographic evidence to take home.

  10. Azores: São Miguel / Lagoa do Fogo Hiking Trip

  Explore the impressive landscapes and amazing panoramas on a hiking trip to São Miguel. Bathe in the natural pools in the stunning Lagoon of Lagoa do Fogo. Bathe in the Natural Pools of Lagoa / Caloura, in the cozy Thermal Baths of Caldeira Velha, or in the Grandiose Waterfall of Salto do Cabrito. Get stunning panoramic views of Lago do Fogo (on one side) and the north coast of the island of Sao Miguel (on the other) while traveling along “Cumeeira Norte”. Pass through several small streams surrounded by incredibly green and untouched forests, before reaching the characteristic pumice-stone beach of the lagoon.
