The double decker bus was a plus to be able to see the countryside during the 2 hour drive to Florence. The walking tour was a little hectic and at first the app wasn’t working so it was hard to hear where we were since it was a larger group. The guides need a microphone/speaker to speak to groups that large. After the walking tour we only had an hour before having to be at the bus stop which was a 15 min walk away. Not enough time to sit down and enjoy lunch which was frustrating. The time in Pisa was the perfect amount of time in my opinion. Overall, it was a decent trip but I would choose something different if I had it to do over again.

Actually a transfer from cruise to florence and Pisa. Mostly on our own but we wanted to be independent. Very comfortable double decker bus with free wifi! That was a first on any of our cruise bus excursions. Nice guide and watched out for everyone to get back on time to ship.

This tour offered the transportation to get to both Florence and Pisa from our cruise ship. They included a description of the area as we went by and provided maps and a suggested itinerary to tour the sites. They escorted us between the bus parking area and the start of the walking tours and made it clear how much time we had and what time we needed to start back. At a reasonable price, they made our visit very enjoyable at a cost comparable to using taxies and trains to do it on our own. With a guaranteed ship return, it was a perfect choice.
