  1. From Palau: La Maddalena Full-Day Archipelago Catamaran Tour

  The tour departs from Palau harbor in the morning where you board your boat for the day and set sail onto the crystal clear waters of Sardinia. Admire the breathtaking panoramic views of the island as you travel along the coast, watching out for Porto Raphael and its famous villas along the way. Pass by the beautiful Punta Sardinia lighthouse before arriving at the first stop of the day, the island of Spargi.   The tour started with the organizer telling us that we we paid to rent the boat and not for an organized tour, so we had to “vote a skipper and a group leader following their recommendation” - clearly a scam to avoid any responsibility in case anything happened and not what we expected for this price. Anyway after this bad start the tour was actually very nice, we saw some astonishing places and the 2 guides were very friendly. I’d recommend the tour and the guys but definitely not the agency organizing the tour.

  2. La Maddalena Archipelago: Full-day Boat Tour

  After pick-up from the meeting point in Olbia, you'll head for Cannigione where you'll board your boat to explore the La Maddalena Archipelago. You'll travel by the picturesque islands of Caprera and Santo Stefano on your way to the island of Maddalena. You can use your hour of free time in La Maddalena to visit the historic centre, the Palazzo Comunale, the Naval Museum, or the Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art. Back on the boat, you will continue on to the islands of Spargi and Santa Maria, where you'll also have an hour to enjoy some swimming in the magnificent crystal clear waters, snorkelling, or relaxing and sunbathing on the beach. At lunchtime, the crew will serve tomato pasta on board the boat. Then, you'll continue along a scenic route past the Manto della Madonna, a stretch of sea with shallow waters.
