  • Kusadasi Diving Experiance

    10. Kusadasi Diving Experiance

If you've ever wanted to explore the underwater world and discover an array of marine life then this is the tour for you. This program is designed for beginners and consists of a short theoretical lesson plus 1 dive under the stewardship of experienced scuba instructors. The duration of the dive will be approximately 25 minutes and go to a maximum of 5 meters deep. During the dive, you will be with an instructor and will have all the necessary professional equipment, provided by the diving center, so you don't need to worry. You can also join the tour to snorkel if you don't feel comfortable and confident in trying diving. Pick-up will be at 8:30 AM from Kusadasi hotels or the port. After diving, you will get back to shore around 2:00 PM for the transfer back to your hotel.

It was a very cool experience. The water was choppy and made for an unpleasant boat ride (but that's beyond the divers'/instructors control). I was expecting a different kind of lunch instead of pasta and chicken nuggets, but then they didnt have to provide us with lunch and they did. I also wish the photos were included with the price of the excursion, (maybe increase the price of the excursion to include a shot or two). My husband got sick on the boat and the crew continued to treat him with some dignity, they handled that really well. My husband loved the experience despite getting sick and actually said it was his favorite part of our vacation!

The tour to Pamukkale was very nice. The view there is unique. The tour guide and the driver were very nice. The tour guide is very talkative. We made a stop at a hotel where we were allowed to swim and ate. If you want to swim in the Cleopatra pool you have to pay the entrance yourself. It was about 100 lira, otherwise everything else was included in the price. Be sure to take a hat and a towel with you.
