    The award-winning Rainforestation Nature Park is a 100 acre (40-hectare) property located in the middle of Kuranda’s World Heritage Rainforest. Locally owned and operated park offers three unique experiences to visitors. Board an amphibious World War II Army Duck for a land and water adventure through the rainforest, as your Duck Captain identifies and explains fascinating plants including ferns, orchids, strangler figs, and the infamous stinging tree. As you move through the water, keep an eye out for turtles, fish, eels and water birds, or for birds, pythons and other reptiles on land.     We were amazed from the hospitality of our guide Eva. She drove us through the lush rainforest on the board of WW2 Army Duck (amphibious 6wheels car) She explained us all the facts about the difference between the palm trees and the other trees in the rainforest. We didn’t quite have the possibility the see any animals out there, because it very hot and humid out there. But we do see different birds around the forest. We enjoyed then an hour break, tried tropical friuts we have never eaten before. Me personally really enjoyed the talk to the indigenous people. My man and i tried to throw a boomerang as the Pamagarri people do, we heard them play some music. At the after We took part in the show,we have been showed the footsteps of thr original aboriginal dance. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for some real Australia experience!

The best activity I have done in Cairns. Definitely a must thing to do with for those who are looking for excitement and thrills. Will definitely do this again.
