Our guide was very knowledgable and friendly. Fortunately this made up for some organizational disappointments. There was a scheduling issue with the boat ride so it was postponed by an hour. We decided to visit the In the Putra mosque in the meantime. Unfortunately the dome was covered in scaffolding and it was closed to visitors so we were unable to see the inside. The long awaited boatride was visually pleasant but as the driver gave no comments at all, all we heard was the sound of the motor. We were also disappointed not to see the inside of the Prime Minister's palace. Overall, we were pleased with our guide, but felt that very little is undertaken in Putrajaya to make visitors feel welcome. They could use a little hospitality training.

Only in the minivan, a very friendly and knowledgeable driver guide Putrajayat as well as the best places to take photos. For a first approach it is more than enough in 4 hours (almost 2 hours round trip and Eh 15 on the site) The site is very extensive to get to know it well you would have to spend two days there. A new city very extensive, airy , large avenues, few cars, no pollution a lot of space. the small boat circuit gives other views of the mosque notably

Putrajaya is a newly founded city, created to relocate numerous government offices from congested Kuala Lumpur. A city designed to withstand a large development, and it is well known by the disproportionate vastness of the free spaces. Being a city built recently and for specific needs, it does not have sites of historical or artistic interest, but it is pleasant to visit for the care with which it was built and for the beauty of many buildings (even the modern can be beautiful). The half-day tour allows you to taste the main aspects of the city and includes a boat ride on the lake (essential). Well organized and with competent and courteous guide.
