The Cameron Highlands is Malaysia’s most extensive hill station, roughly 200 kilometres from Kuala Lumpur and was discovered in 1885. The Cameron Highlands were named after Sir William Cameron, a British surveyor who was commissioned by the then colonial government to map out the Pahang-Perak border area in 1885. You will be picked up from your hotel in Kuala Lumpur at 7 am. You will meet your professional driver/guide and start your joureny in the air conditioned vehicle. Cameron Highlands is the cooler hilltop region where tea plantations surround the mountains. You will visit the BOH tea plantation to learn about tea production. You will visit a strawberry farm to pick fresh strawberries, a typical vegetable market, and the gardens of Cactus Valley. Enjoy sweeping views of the emerald green scenery throughout this jewel of a region. You will explore and enjoy places like the bee farm, the butterfly and insect garden, Bharat Tea Plantation visit, Sam Poh Temple, and Tanah Rata & Brinchang Town. After the completion of tour you will be dropped off back safely to your hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
