Great service , everything done for you plenty of time for yourself aswell , door to door service, a wide and varied day I thoroughly enjoyed it especially the swimming at minus 9 with a drink in my hand

Pickup was easy and the guide was very good - the service was great. As far as the actual tour, my teens felt that it was a little boring for the amount of time in the car. There are several interesting stops to introduce you to the area, including a wood carving studio, but there’s a lot of time in the car in between. The funicular to zakopane was crowded and took a long time. We only had a few minutes at the top to take pictures - not able to really do anything. 3 hours was actually also a little long at the thermal baths, even with taking a break to eat. The spa section is towel-only. There are some places to get food/drinks at Zakopane stop and there are food/drink to purchase at the thermal spa.

Nous avons passé une excellente journée avec Jakub, qui a su rendre les visites agréables et qui a été de bons conseils! Nous avons apprécié la détente de fin de journée dans les eaux thermales. On recommande vivement !
