The booking was quick and easy, but the only issue I had was that the tour guide was late arriving and I wasn’t informed. I contacted the WhatsApp help desk and was asked to collect a ticket at the online ticket collector counter and join an individual tourist group that was just entering. Other than that, the tour was great.

I was blown away by the visit. I made the express trip from Paris and I really don't regret it. Initially, a month and a half ago, I had taken the full day excursion "Auschwitz + salt mine". It's too much during the day. After several hours visiting the camps, I preferred to return to the hotel and not continue the rest of the visit to the mine. So I came back quickly and I don't regret it. I even want to go back. The only regret: I was warned the day before that the visit would be in English (and not in French). It's limited to warn, and I didn't get a discount, which would have been the least of things for a visit in degraded mode...

Worth a visit-a lot of walking-only other complaint would be the guide-we were at the back of the group when he got to a point of interest and started talking he was halfway through what he had to say by the time we caught up-he should have waited til everyone was there before starting his talk-we missed out on a lot of information because of this.
