Pick up was prompt, the pick up location was easy to find. Very comfortable coach to the Salt Mines. Once we arrived our bus driver organised our tickets and our guide. The guide Marcin was very good, very knowledgeable and his English was perfect. As the info states it is a long way once in the Mines, the steps down were easily manageable and the temperature inside was comfortable. It would have helped to stop for long enough to buy a drink from one of the two cafes in the mine and the exit is a short walk across town back to the car park. Thankfully Marcin guided us back to the visitor centre. Overall great trip, 10/10 would recommend!

Lots of stairs to get down the mine but absolutely worth it! This is a mine like no other, amazing. Though there are lots of stairs to go down you actually get a lift to go back to the surface. It’s surprisingly quite warm down there with eating and toilet facilities if needed. Highly recommend

The driver of the van/bus picked us up from the arranged Location and took us to Wieliczka. Everything was smooth, the driver was nice and his driving great. The deiver's knowledge of English was not the best which can be an issue for people that don't speak Polish but in general there was no problems because of that. The guide in Wieliczka was an awesome lady, you could see she loves her job and she was great at it. She spoke very loud and clearly in English so everyone could hear and understand. She made sure everyone had re-grouped before she started taking when we were moving from location to location. Wieliczka is a must visit place when you are in Kraków, remember to wear comfortable shoes as there is plenty of walking and going down the stairs included in the tour.
