Our guide Mateusz was so lovely and informative, it was like a private tour due to being just my party attending and he made sure we were all comfortable and gave us a more in depth tour, he had so much knowledge that he shared with us and helped with recommendations of other sites to see, places to eat etc and to get the best out of Krakow! We don’t have much free time here left but will definitely use his recommendations when booking our next visit!

This trip was brilliant. We stumbled across this looking for just the factory tickets, and we are glad we found this. We didn’t even know that this concentration camp existed and the tour guide was absolutely brilliant. He gave us so much information, we also were very lucky that is was just the 2 of us. He showed us so many things around the ghetto, allowed us to get in and out to take photos, explained everything we were seeing and answered all our questions. The concentration camp was again very informative. He explained everything we needed to know and more. Gave us the option to skip things if we wanted too and the option to take a different route etc. Picked us up from our accommodation, hassle free and no stress. Transport was lovely also. All in all a fantastic tour which we both would highly recommend if you are looking to not only go into the factory museum but learn about history and the concentration camp which isn’t one everyone knows about.

This was a great experience. Michael (guide) was extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond my expectations on the site visit. I can not say enough good things about him. I am not a big museum person, but Schindler's museum was very informative. It was a bit crowded and hard to get by the other tour groups. Overall, a great time and very informative.
