Full description

Visit the concentration camp, Krakow-Plashov, which opened in 1940. Learn about how it started as a forced labor camp and was converted into a concentration camp in 1941. Pay respects to the several memorials dedicated to remembering the victims.  Understand the impact of Nazi rule in the area and the deportation of Jews from the Krakow ghetto, beginning in 1942. See the different parts of the camp and learn about the intensive labor carried out at the quarry and military factories.
