This district has been home to the Jewish community for centuries. Explore the charming streets of this now trendy neighborhood with your guide, as you learn about the history of Jewish people in Krakow. Next, visit Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory. Learn about the horrors of the Holocaust, and Oskar Schindler's heroic efforts to save Jewish people from the concentration camps operated by the Nazi regime. Finally, make your way to the site of the former Jewish ghetto, where many Jews were forced to live during the Nazi occupation of Poland. Learn about the suffering and overcrowded conditions endured by the Jewish community. See a part of the undestroyed wall around the ghetto, houses where thousands of displaced Jews used to live, the pharmacy "Under the Eagle", and the monument of 68 chairs in Heroes' Square.

I experienced 3 tours in one. I was very fortunate to have Philip all to myself for the tour of the Jewish Quarter. He was informative and had images of what the area looked like in the past. He did an amazing job with the larger group guided tour through Schidler's Factory. I again had a personalised tour of the Jewish Getto area with him pointing out significant landmarks. An amazing tour and an amazing guide. Cannot recommend highly enough to do all 3 tours

A very nice and informative tour, you see and learn so many interesting things about Jewish life in Krakow. But with Monika we also had an extraordinarily competent and nice guide. If we had gone alone, we would have overlooked a lot, some things you only see when you are made aware of them. We can make an unreserved recommendation and thank you again for the beautiful day.

The guide was extremely knowledgeable. Luck would have it that only my wife and I were the participants of the guided tour so we enjoyed the tour absolutely. The guide as well as being competent spoke a neutral English and understandable even by less accustomed tourists. She didn't try to shorten the tour in the least, on the contrary she was always available for any explanation and never bored with our questions.
