Very pleasant evening! Go to the square for dinner and then walk to the concert hall. A gentleman will give you a warm welcome and a glass of wine. The room itself sits maybe 50 people, but there were about 7 people there on a weekday night. This was great because it felt more intimate and you were much more connected to the pianist. This is how music should be listened to! The concert is about an hour, so it’s perfect after a long day of exploring. Afterwards, find a place serving dessert pierogies!

The performace per se was excellent, the pianist extremely good. The organization was a bit messy, however, because the concert got nearly canceled and only thanks to a group of German turists who bought some extra tickets to reach a minimum required number of participants, did the concert eventually happened. Also, we started almost an hour later, but only learned that it is delayed on our arrival.

Our original date was cancelled due to there not being enough numbers but thankfully was rescheduled for the next night and the company made sure to make us aware of this so we didn't miss out. The building itself is easy to find with the help of Google maps but the room itself is up two flights of stairs and I'm unsure if there is a lift so it may not be accessible for everyone, but for us it was fine. The host greeted us warmly and we received a nice glass of sparkling wine when we arrived. Before the recital started we were told some information about Chopin and his life which was very interesting. The pianist that night who i think was named Radoslaw (they have a few who take turns) was absolutely amazing, he is so talented. It was great to be able to experience Chopins music live. I would definitely recommend going to a recital while you are in Krakow as you will not regret it!
