Lovely in the mountains and we were lucky with lots of snow. The thermal Baths were lovely but at the time very busy as it was the school Christmas holidays. The swim up bar in the bottom pool was great lots of music and everyone enjoying. Our driver was very informative on the area and also gave great ideas for different trips. Thanks

Rafał was on time for pick up hotel, a great driver and was knowledgeable about the local cultures and tradition. There was 6 of us in the minibus which gave us room to sleep on the way back. The stop at the cheese "bacowka" was great - free tasting of few type of cheese. We were really looking forward to the views at Zakopane, views from Gubalowka was fantastic. Zakopane is lovely town situated close to Tatra Mountains. The thermal spa made up for it. You have a wrist band to access lockers and pay for you poolside bar which when you put your wristband in, you pay bar bill. Jacuzzi, Sauna, Inside pool and outsite pools, pools for fun such as slides. If you want silent go to saunas area but remember this is naked area. We slept so well that night, definitely has some healing propertie

We throughly enjoyed our day out to beautiful Zakopane and the amazing thermal baths. Thomas our driver was just the very best person to take us out for the day he was informative kind and so friendly, we really did get a wonderful guide making our time perfect , thanks again Thomas.
