The driver, Chris was prompt and friendly. He looked after us all well. This trip was well organised, although it was a long day! The guides were very good and well informed. Would recommend but be prepared for a full on day and grabbing food as you go as no time as such for a lunch break.

Very well organized, both vehicles were very clean, with AC. It was a bit confusing with the pick up point, but we manage very well to contact them and agree where exactly to meet. I recommend this activity if you want to visit all 3 places in 1 day. We had nothing else to stress about just to enjoy the experience.

Our tour guide, Michael, was amazing. He made the 2 hour journey there and back entertaining, filled us with knowledge that we wouldn’t have received anywhere else and always made sure we were well looked after. Auschwitz and birkenau was the most moving and incredible experience my family have been through. Birkenau’s original state, including the female quarters was the most eye opening. For those of you who are contemplating doing this trip, I urge you to do it - you will not regret it.
