My son, 17, really enjoyed our time at the thermal baths - he particularly enjoyed the slides. For me, it was the view of the snow topped mountains from the outside thermal pool. It was nearly a 2 hour drive from our hotel (Hilton Doubletree) in Krakow, but worth it. Definitely one for the family.

The transport from and to our accommodation has been long but our driver made it seem shorter. Rafael had made us feel very comfortable and shared many great information about the areas that we driven through. The thermal baths were absolutely amazing, overall we had the best time and we could not complain about any part of this trip.

Very relaxing day and the prices for drinks and food is great value for money. Loved the thermal baths and the saunas however you have to pay extra for the spa facilities. Our instructor Tom was amazing he showed us round and helped us with lockers before leaving us to relax. Only problem is that it is abit of a drive took 2 hours to get there but the views on the way are lovely.
