Besides the impressive sketches, another thing the site is famous for are the birds’ nests that locals collect for the popular Chinese dish, bird’s nest soup. You’ll head to Pileh Lagoon next, where you can jump into the emerald waters and snorkel with the fish. You can also relax on the boat and take in the gorgeous scenery. You won’t get this unique backdrop of limestone cliffs and crystal clear waters anywhere else. The next stop is another popular snorkeling spot, Loh Samah Bay. Even if you’re not an experienced swimmer, you can wade around in the shallow waters of the bay and catch glimpses of the colorful marine life.
