Your unique opportunity to drive with an off-road vehicle to the lonely stone village of Gornji Stoliv, which is a treasure trove of history and offers a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor. We start from Kotor and have a coastal drive to the beginning of our off road track. We pass by jeep on a forest and dirt road, go around a forest of chestnut trees and reach a hidden village that is under the protection of the cultural heritage of Montenegro. We have a light walking tour through the village where we get to know the locals and try various local juices, local olives and cheese in the village household. After the adventure and tour of the village, we return to the coast and go to the museum, which is otherwise a Franciscan monastery. There you have the opportunity to visit the museum, hear various interesting things and see the methods of how rope was once woven, Gutenberg's first printing machine, Kotor coinage. The museum is a treasure trove of the history of the Bay of Kotor and what sets it apart from other museums is its incredible ambiance as well as the possibility to sit there and enjoy a coffee. After the museum, our tour ends and we take you back to your accommodation by coastal drive.

We had a full day private tour with Peter our driver and guide. Peter was very knowledgeable on the area and was also able to choose smaller roads for the border crossing this resulted in no long wait !! This is a long day so doing the private tour was a great option , beautiful scenery and visiting the old town of Kotor is interesting. Unfortunately there was 2 Cruise ships in harbour on the day we were there so it was very crowded in The Old Town, which is only small. We had a little side trip at the end , as we had time, Peter drive us up to the lookout in Dubrovnik (where the cable car goes) and it was a real treat! Great day out

This was a great day. Our driver, Tomislav, was a great guide and talked to us about the history of the countries and towns as we drove us. For the history buffs among us, it was great. We stopped in Perast, which wasn't really worth the trip, but then went on to Cotar in Montenegro, which was. We had 90 minutes there to eat lunch and walk around the old city. It was great and worth the drive. We did get stuck at the border coming back, sitting for nearly an hour in the van. That's not his fault, of course, but just something to consider. We would recommend this trip to those want a day trip.

Adam, our driver was exceptional. I think he’s a certified genius. His knowledge of history was extraordinary and he had a great sense of humor. This was an excellent private tour for 8. I would heartily recommend to anyone who desires a day trip to Montenegro.

Beautiful places worth seeing, we are delighted with Montenegro. We recommend the company organizing the trip, our favorite guide - Adam.
