What people are saying about Korouoma

Was super cool! There were 8 of us on this tour. Everyone was in a great mood and it was great fun! Our guide Mirko was super nice. We got suitable shoes for those who didn't have snowshoes. Driving to Korouma Gorge from Buro takes 1h30 hours. We were able to connect music in the van ourselves. Then we went hiking! Since we were there in March, the paths were a bit frozen and slippery. So we used a slightly different route, but we still saw the 3 frozen waterfalls. We (the ones who wanted to) just slipped down the steep path with our ski pants. Super funny. To catch our breath we took a break at a campfire with hot juice and sausages. A successful hike!

A really great experience! It was like being in a winter wonderland... the guides were super friendly (especially Kristina who really loves nature and you can tell she really wants to share the beauty of Finland and nature in general with others!), great info and stories and you felt well protected from start to finish and could fully engage with the wonderful nature and enjoy it! I would book again anytime :-)

What a great snow tour. We had a small group (7 people). This gave us a lot of explanation and we could ask a lot of things from the guide. The frozen waterfalls are great to see. And the trek itself about 5 km is even more beautiful. We had a lot of snow and that made the trip even more magical. We made an extra stop on the way back to see another special place with a view. All in all, highly recommended!

Super nice landscape, you mainly go down on your butt while sliding and there is enough time to enjoy the landscape. While eating you can also enjoy the view of the frozen waterfalls. The guides did a great job!

Very suggestive. The path is quite simple. Challenging only the last climb to reach the parking lot. The guide was very helpful and nice
