well organized

We had booked the trip from the hotel in Koh Samui to the hotel in Krabi. Everything worked out. We were picked up 10 minutes late. The trip on the catamaran was very pleasant and then we went straight to the car. There it smelled a bit at the beginning, but we didn't feel bad (otherwise I get sick very quickly ...). We would organize it again.

Not recommendable!

17 hours transfer! Half of the time would have been possible if we hadn't made so many stopovers to load and unload people with luggage. Another pier was simply approached on Koh Samui and the one who was supposed to pick us up waited in vain and we had extra costs and effort to get to the hotel. Not enough information in the tour description about these things.

Bad service

The driver that picked us up were not service minded at all. We saw him coming and we had to go and find him. And he told us just to wait while he was smoking with his friend. At the pire the ferry where delayed for 35 min. No one told us that. We just sat waiting at the pire and then we had to wait at the ferry without any information from the staff. The booking process was very easy, fast replay on questions and the ferry felt safe and was good but the staff working for the company where not service minded at all. But we came safe to koh phangan.
