What people are saying about Kissamos

Excellent day and experience! The boat was is very good conditions and very well maintained. Ready to depart at the time agreed. We had Vasilis and Konstantino (the owner and the kipper) together on the cruise and besides being very experienced sailors, they both were very gentle and easygoing. Our group was at easy and we had an excellent time together. No need to mention how wonderful the arrival at Gramvoussa and Balos was. The best day of our holidays in Creete. Thanks to the crew.

We really enjoyed this tour. I thought I knew a bit about olive oil, but learned so much more. Stavros was excellent at explaining the process from tree to bottle and taught us how to properly taste and assess the quality of various types of olive oil. I would highly recommend this tour. we were in a group of 2 adults, 2 teenagers, an 11 year old and a 7 year old and all enjoyed it. Bonus was all the yummy olives, olive oil, bread and balsamic vinegar we got to try. Tanya

This experience was lovely. The tour guides were very informative and the place was beautiful. We walked around the vineyeard and stopped under some shade for some further information. When we went into the factory unfortunately it was closed due to being out of season and this was a bit dissapointing but we should have done our research first. At the end we could try some oil and bread and this was really delicious. Overall I would highly recommend this trip.

Stavros was an excellent guide for both explaining the process and products of EVOO as well as the correct way to taste test! What a fun and informative tour of such a historically and nutritionally rich consumable! We loved olive oil before but we’ll look at it now with an even better appreciation.

Excellent guide and very interesting. We learned many new facts about olive farming and olive oil production. Value for money and I can recommend a visit!
