Full description

On this tour visit two Buddhist temples and the old town of Takuapa. The tour begins with a stop in Khuk Khak Temple. While here learn about monks and the purpose of worship and meditation. Observe the beautiful wall painting inside the main building, known as the Bot, illustrating the local history of Phang Nga province and its development over the decades. Head to the next stop, the glamorous Kong Kha Temple. Admire the stunning pagoda gracefully decorated and built to honor the late deceased King Rama IX. See magnificent images of the life of Buddha beautifully presented in more modern art depictions. Have the opportunity to provide merit at the shrine and discover your life's prophecy in a traditional Thai way. Go to the historic part of Takuapa and explore its old town. See interesting Sino-Portuguese architecture and buildings dating back to the 13th-century. Check out the town's charming streets filled with Chinese shrines and tea houses. The tour guide was very friendly and was able to tell us a lot about the culture of Thailand with her knowledge. She speaks German very well. We can recommend them without reservation. A great tour. All participants were enthusiastic. The driver was also very friendly. We have absolutely nothing to complain about the tour. Should we come back to Thailand it would be great to do another tour with the tour guide.

Great tour with July! Lots of personal information too! Great was the choice of temples away from the crowds! Absolutely recommendable, we would book again at any time! But the "old town" should be deleted from the description, as you only drive through one street, you expect something different! Kind regards Aiko & Family
