Stop at a location along the Great Ocean Road and take in the iconic coastline vista at Cape Patton. Head then to the coastal town of Apollo Bay where you can purchase lunch from the many restaurants and cafes on offer. You can also walk around the coastal town or even take a swim in the beach if the weather suits. Follow your guide on a forest walk where you will see some of the tallest trees in the world. You will also take in the wonderful fresh natural smells the trees have to offer. At the Gibson Steps, tide and wind permitting, you will be able to see some of the 12 Apostles from sea level on the beach. You will feel like you can reach out and touch them. Take your time to check out the world-renowned 12 Apostles. An awesome sight with fantastic photo opportunities. See for yourself why these limestone beauties are known all around the world. The final touring stop is at Loch Ard Gorge. Witness firsthand this magnificent formation of rocks and rolling sea. Enjoy ground-level viewing that will excite you with the natural glories it possesses. See the unique jagged razorback formation and then the Island Archway. The original archway collapsed in 2009, however, two striking stacks remain, standing nearly as tall as the Apostles. Purchase dinner from one of the many restaurants and cafes in Colac.

It was a great experience with all the beauty of the country side. Great way to spend the day if you enjoy nature and the beautiful coastline. We got to spot koalas in their natural habitat, walk through a rain forest, witness the beauty of the ocean around the apostles. Our guide was great, pointing out photo opportunities and giving us neat little tit bits of the history that went along with the sights. Overall a great day. Thank you so much for the experience!

We had such a great time with the tour guides. Al and Jo were literally the best! Everything was on time but not too stressful. The group size made timing perfect. My personal highlights were the whales we saw as well as the koalas and snakes plus beautiful landscapes. Can only recommend!

We had a fantastic tour guide in Adrian who was very knowledgeable and injected humour into his commentary. He is clearly passionate sharing anecdotal stories about the various landmarks and points of interests. Though our day was rainy to begin with Adrian still managed to keep us to schedule and afford us enough time at each stop, also offering us tips on the various restaurants just prior to our lunch stop. The itinerary was great and truly gave a taste of the great ocean road. We saw different types of flora with the low dry coastal vegetation to the wet tall rainforest. Also we managed to see a koala in its natural habitat along with birds like galahs, cockatoos and King Parrots. Some of the King Parrots alighted on some of our fellow passengers and served as a closeup photo opportunity. The coastline and remaining apostles proved to be very photographic, from the orangey brown and yellow of the cliff face flowing to the blue green of the ocean and the dark blue of the horizon.
