1. Kauai: Private Wildlife, Beach Hike with Snorkel Option
Grab a friend or 2, and take part in an eco-friendly private hike along the Northern coastline of Kauai. You will walk with the ancient Kauai lands and learn what it was like long before tourists left their footprints in the sand. It is in this untouched, natural setting that you will have a good chance of seeing the endangered species like the Hawaiian monk seal. You may also see honu (green sea turtles) basking in the sand and migratory seabirds, such as mōlī (Laysan albatross), ʻiwa (great frigatebird), and red-footed boobies soaring overhead. Hugging the rocky, wild coast, the trail will take you over beaches and shorelines for about two miles before reaching a peak that boasts epic views in all directions. If you chose to add the snorkeling option, you will then head into the waters for an underwater adventure. Keep an eye out along the terrain for shells. If you want to give back, you’ll also have the opportunity to pick up marine debris washed up from corners of the world. This is a private tour — it will just be you and your private group. Because of this, you are free to go at your own pace and hike as much, or as little, as you would like for the duration of the tour you have selected. Your guide will contact you before the start of your tour to help plan a custom itinerary.
