What people are saying about Kathmandu

It was a little cloudy, so regrettably we can not see the peak of the Mt. Everest. But the 3-4 hours fligth overall is very precious experience for us. We can see the small and dificult airport Lukla, and the nice view from If I have fortunately another chance, I want to see the clear sky with. Of course the mountains view is very beautiful and mysterious, and the several glaciers are more. If I have fortunately another chance, I want to see the clear sky with.

Well organized, safe execution ... and then the best weather

Tautly organized, it starts immediately, pilots are versed, impressive experience. Can just be recommended. Standing time at the Everest View Hotel was particularly long, since the helicopter had to fly to the base camp for a short-term rescue operation. Even then there are people who "complain" ... just to be ashamed of others. Not to change, a special experience will be remembered.

Try it at least once in your life

Maybe you have to wait a few days for the weather conditions to be perfect as you climb up to the moraine of the Khumbu glacier at 5500 meters above sea level, but it is an experience that has no equal. Just for the breathtaking views that meet from Lukla to Everest Base Camp, is it worth coming to Nepal to try an incredible option.

Excellent, once in a lifetime experience

Amazing trip. Helicopter pilot (Alistair) was professional and very safe. No problems of any kind. So happy we did it. Spending time next to Everest Base Camp is beyond words.
