Picking up the tickets was difficult because, for us or from our point of view, the opening times were reduced to 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Otherwise everything was great and as promised with the tickets. We only had to go to the ticket office at the Leopold Museum beforehand, otherwise we could pass the ticket office and just get in. Just briefly scan the Flexipass at the entrance control and you were inside. But it wasn't overcrowded in the museums, so you wouldn't have had to wait long at the cash register anyway. But it has to be mentioned that none of the inspectors knew that the Flexipass would allow entry. It wasn't until you scanned the pass that you realized it allowed entry. Actually a star deduction!

Easy to exchange, skip the line is great for some atractions (e.g.museums) we safe at least 20 minutes of waiting in the ticket line.

everything was ok, not good, that the hop off bus leaves for the last time at 2.30 p.m. at Opernplatz, is not good for tourists!

Saw what we wanted, closings because of Corona were after us.
