Haya was a Godsend! She connected with me in advance, and that was reassuring. She literally supported me as I hobbled on an injured knee. She oriented me on my first day in Israel, and tour guided me to the Jaffe Gate, through the Old City market, and to the Kotel where I had booked a Kotel Tunnel Tour. On the way, she helped me get and load a RavCav, exchange money, and requested the use of a chair so I could rest while she got me a lemonade; she translated costs and haggled prices, (something I can’t manage to do). I would recommend a Lokafy to anybody who is on their own in a foreign country—it’s well worth the $45. per hour. And she’s who I called when being swindled by a taxicab driver who wanted 1,000 shekels fora “private tour” (i.e. a circuitous route) of Jerusalem. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a hold of Haya, so I chalked it up to experience, having enjoyed a few “must-see” sights, the full moon, and a schwerma sandwich. I hope to meet Haya again!

Yossi was amazing. We made a new friend. He was friendly, knowledgeable, cultivated, interesting and let us go at our own pace while maintaining our tight schedule. We never thought we would be able to accomplish everything we had proposed, our goals were way too ambitious, but with Yossi we did everything and more, while never rushing. We learned so much with him. Truly one of the best guides we’ve ever had.

Outstanding explanation of the sites. Only way to take in that many sites in one day.

Mohammad was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Very interesting tour. 3 hours with the larger connections.
