The Sherry tour and tasting was an excellent start to the day. Maria, the local guide explained the sherry making process very well and the tasters at the end gave us a very wide range of sherries. Our tour in Cádiz was amazing and full of amazing views. Miguel our guide from Seville was brilliant. He presented the tour in a great and often funny way that kept our interest going and was full of anecdotal and historic information. Lunch at the many tapas bars in the market was fabulous. The best raw cod tapas at the pintxos bar and fried calamares, so fresh, as if it had just jumped out of the sea. We finished at La Caleta beach. What an amazing day. We have learned so much.
