We will start our journey towards the downtown of the city of Taif to take a stroll in its traditional market “Barhat Al Qazzaz Souq”, visit the stone-built house that is now transformed into a café, followed by a stop to see “Al-Kaki Palace”. From there we head back to mountains of Taif located over the Al Hada Mountains above Mecca and on the Eastern slopes of the Al-Sarawat mountains. We drive heading to have a traditional meal at one of the good local restaurants. The city of Taif is cool and green. In summer, Saudi people, as well as GCC citizens, travel to TAIF for its Green nature and its weather, its beautiful scenery, and the town’s relaxed atmosphere. The Quba Mosque is a mosque located on the outskirts of Medina. Initially, the mosque was built 6 kilometres off Medina in the village of Quba, before Medina expanded to include this village. Then visiting The as-Salam Gate, literally meaning the Gate of Peace or Tranquility, is one of the major and oldest gates of Masjid al-Nabawi and is located on the western side of the Rawda e Rasool. Originally built by Caliph Omar circa 640 CE (18 Hj.) in the western wall of the mosque. During the various extensions of the mosque, this door was also moved westward in the same line and today it is not in its original location. Driving in Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Road. Then visit the wadi al-aqiq walkway, Wadi al-Aqeeq runs along the western side boundary of Madinah. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) referred to it as the ‘blessed valley’. We will explore the Saudi desert that surrounds the city of Jeddah. We will board our 4x4, and drive you to impressive dunes near Jeddah, followed of course by some dune bashing with our expert Bedouin drivers. After these activities, we will have a relaxing time between the dunes where we serve a nice meal, water, juices, and coffee & tea. We will then return to Jeddah after approximately an hour.
