Had a lovely time with Ross. The limited capacity due to covid is actually quite nice as the bus wasn't full and we could view on either side of the bus as needed. Only suggestion for improvement is to advise the guests to approach the viewing areas calmly. There were adults running at the animals and they don't like that.

Ryan was just great.! Had an answer to all our questions, super knowledgeable..! It wouldn’t have mattered if we didn’t see any animals but we did..! Bears, elk, squirrels, Canada geese. He made sure that we got lots of time to take lots of pics of the animals. It is just the best tour..! We loved it and of course it was made the best by our host and driver Ryan.

Great tour

Our guide was fun friendly and so so very informative and made the trip so interesting and most definitely worthwhile Seeing the wild animals can be a matter of luck as the animals are not always obliging but we were very fortunate that we finally saw a bear os we were driving back to Jasper so it just made the trip amazing for us.
