What people are saying about Jaco

The experience is really nice, crossing a river a couple times on the horse towards the waterfall. there's a 10 minute hiking/walking at the end to reach the waterfall and one can swim in the pool of the waterfall if thet want. you'll get your shoes wet, as there are 2 points on the trail where you need to cross the river and the rocks are quite slippery if you try to stay dry, so it's safer to just go straight through the water. All in all a great experience, the guides are very friendly and the horses very nice as well.

This was an incredible experience. The guides were great — very reassuring and professional and we felt like we were in good hands the entire time. That being said, this experience is definitely not for those with a fear of heights or who don’t trust themselves physically.

I was very impressed about everything the minute I stepped into the lobby. Very professional, nice and clean buildings and a super helpful staff. If I was to name a negative it would be the pricing in the gift shop. Extremely expensive even for a tourist giftshop.

It was a very nice experience! We got to see lots of sloths and monkeys. Our guide, Carla, even took pictures for us through her binoculars. She was excellent.

Both experiences were worth the money. The lunch break in between was perfect. Everything flowed very well.
